In the first week we will be going over how stress affects your life and working on the relationship you have with it. We will be going over a bit of anatomy as it helps to improve your sense of self and the removal of past events that may be causing inadvertant anxiety.

During the second week we will be going over eye accessing ques, learning how to change our belifes, and we will be finishing the week by putting in positive emotions into your subconscious and belif system

Touches Place in Communication

In week three you will be learning just how important touch is in connecting. You will also learn how diffrent thought process happen on a deep neurological level. At the end of the week you will have  a deeper level of happiness and love with your significant other, your friends, and people you just meet.

Understanding Yourself

In week four you will be learning about your and others psychological space and how to navigate it effectivly, you will have a deeper understanding of your hormones and what they do, and you will go though each part of your bodies health and wellness.

Tonality and Micro Movements

In week five you will be learning about how much of an impart the pitch and tone of your voice has, how to recognise diffrent micro expressions, and at the end of the week we will go deeper into your confidence and Understanding What you want for your future.

Understanding Banter

In week six you will be understanding what banter is and its role in a conversation. You will also be provided information on exercise regiments. At the end of the week we will be working on improving your view and process of connecting with new people.

Understanding Rapport

In week seven you will be understanding what rapport is and its role in a conversation. You will also be provided information on yoga practices and the importance of it in social and personal health.  At the end of the week we will be working on improving your ability of connecting with people on a deep level, such as friends, family, strangers, significant other, ect

Understanding Seduction

In week eight we will be going over seduction in its mental and physical state and how to improve this mentality with anyone you might want to be with. It helps reunite buried memories and allows yourself to feel as complete and connected as possible.
