In this video we are going to go over all the different negitive emotions that we want to restructure. Please find a nice quite place where you will not be inturupted. If possible take some time prior to run, do yoga, meditate, or get a massage. This will make the process even easier & work even better. Feel free to go over this video as many times as you want to. As we start to let go of negitive events and emotions, others might try to come up. We tend to pay attemtion to a main event that we cant let go of and sometimes we need to undo more than what we first see.
